This is a side-by-side duplex and this listing is for the North Side only with 3 Bedrooms, 2 full baths w pocket doors for shower area and half bath in basement/recreation and bar room. However, the whole house is available for renting to sleep up to 24, total of 6 Bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 half baths, 2 recreation/bar rooms, 2 living area rooms, 2 porches and 2 full kitchens.
All bedrooms carpeted. 65" and 55" LED flat screen TVs, WiFi, Blueray player, Roko and gaming unit.
Full Services available such as concierge services, chef services, daily cleaning services and pre-arrival grocery/liquor stocking.
Main Floor has 2 bedrooms/bath/Kitchen/Great Room. Both bedrooms have Queen Beds. 2nd floor has 1 large bedroom/bath (Two Queens) and adjoining loft.
Finished walk out basement with huge couch, foosball table and bar area w mini frig and 1/2 bath. Finished basement also has 6 person sauna, laundry area (2 washers and 2 dryers) and space for ski equipment storage.

Summary: Ed was an amazing host! He was so accommodating! It was my birthday and his wife made me and my friends a cake (absolutely the sweetest)! Great location with proximity to Killington for skiing! We really enjoyed the hot tub and space in the house. Would highly recommend staying here!

Summary: We had a great day here! The location could not be beat… Fast access to the mountain as well as restaurants on the access road. House was exactly as described, lots of space for our two family group. Would definitely rent again!

Summary: We had a spectacular stay! Ed was great. He was super helpful and a great host. His house was exactly what we needed. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Plenty of room, high end finishes, charming decorations and breathtaking views of the mountain. Highly recommend this home!!!

Summary: We had an amazing time staying at this property. Ed and his family were easy to communicate with, super helpful hosts in making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their place is very clean, but also so cozy and has amazing amenities! We loved the hot tub and the sauna, it really made our trip feel like a true getaway! Thank you again!

Summary: The owner was extremely easy to work with and even more responsive. The house has an AMAZING view Killington. Very clean and once you get the cast iron stove to temp it worked really well to heat the house. The sauna, and foosball table worked well. The hotub was easy to use, it fits 3 full size adults with no issue. The kitchen fridge had plenty of condiments, dressing and sauces. A really nice treat was that the beverage fridge was stocked with prev renters' drinks as well we added to it for the next renters. The only needed upgrade is to the main TV roku (or just bring your own, NBD). The main floor TV has cable TV which was really nice. My group of 7 (dad's get-away weekend) would absolutely rent this location again in the future.

Summary: I stayed here with 10 other friends for a long weekend. The house was spacious, had nice amenities like a hot tub, sauna, wood fire, laundry etc and was super close to Killington resort. The host was very communicative and helpful with walking me through the house. They were also extra accommodating during the checkin process. 10/10 would stay again!
